Cancellation and Refund Policy
At HomeAngels, we are committed to providing reliable, safe, and verified cleaners, caregivers and nannies. Our services involve time, effort, and resource commitment toward client matching and onboarding. Hence, we follow the policy below:
✅ Cancellation by Client (Before Caregiver Onboarding):
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and before any caregiver has been confirmed:
👉 100% refund, minus any applicable processing charges. - If cancellation occurs after caregiver confirmation but before joining:
👉 50% refund of the booking amount.
❌ Cancellation After Service Begins:
- Once a caregiver has started working at your home, no refund is applicable for the current month.
- If any issues arise, you are eligible for free replacement as per our replacement policy.
🔄 Replacements:
- We offer up to 3 free replacements within the first 6 months of service if you’re unhappy or if the caregiver leaves.
⚠️ Service Denial or Misuse:
- If a booking is found to involve false information, harassment, or misuse, HomeAngels reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.
